You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, should you wish to cancel.
You have a further 14 days to return the goods, once we have been notified. A refund will be processed back onto the original payment method used when you placed your order, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. You must:

Returned goods must:
- Be in a saleable condition, NEED to be in their original packaging (including any labels) and delivery note/invoice, if enclosed.
- Not smell of shoe deodorant etc - so please take care when trying on your order.
- Once the return has been assessed, a full refund will be processed back onto the original payment method used when you placed your order, if accepted, excluding any shipping costs. Goods which do not satify the conditions of the return, will not be accepted and all shipping returns and handling costs, will be passed onto the customer. If the conditions of the return is rejected, the final decision will not be negotiable.
- You have a responsibility to take care of goods while they are in your possession. Failure to comply, will result in action taken against you for compensation, for all goods returned.
- If goods are claimed to be defective, we will assess the conditions of the returned goods and process a full refund back onto the original payment method used when you placed your order, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, if you are entitled to a refund. In some cases, we may offer a replacement.
